Detailed Description
The Simple seed is a 5-minute morning journal for students for growth, gratitude and giggles. It follows the belief that how you start each morning matters. It sets the tone for the whole day. This journal encourages a growth mindset. Each day includes: -a life lesson -a daily challenge -an intention to make others smile and of course some giggles. Kathy and I have been using this journal with our classes for the past year and loved the impact it had on ourselves and our students. We presented this idea to our grade level colleagues to see if they were interested and they all loved the idea and would like to incorporate this workbook into their classroom routines.
